Shipping Policy
At Eleganze, we place great importance on safe and transparent shipping for your orders. All shipments are sent with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
International Standard Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Delivery time is approximately 5–15 business days depending on the destination country (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that delays may occur due to different customs procedures in some countries.
Unless otherwise agreed, we as the seller bear the transportation risk until the goods are handed over to the customer (§ 474 (4) BGB). A signature upon delivery may be required depending on the value of the goods.
For orders containing multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial shipments if this enables faster processing. No additional shipping costs will apply to you.
